Amphitheater

Great experience, enjoyed the outside look very well presented, has a bar inside which is great for when your waiting then the theatre room has great acoustic with perfect views from anywhere, only issue which can't be changed is the parking which is shared with other venues.

To artists and their management who are looking at booking this venue for their next concert... don't! Although the venue is breathtaking, the horrible management made the experience a living nightmare. Even prior to the event, I had emailed the venue kindly enquiring about the camping and logistics of the day as myself and the other patrons wanted to queue in a way in which we didn't harm the venue. After being told that they 'do not care', they completed ghosted all my other emails. On the day, security, the owners themselves and venue staff were extremely rude, abrasive and downright disgusting. They allowed people to push in front of people who had been waiting over 15 hours, put patrons in unsafe and dangerous situations that almost resulted in car crashes and medical interventions and couldn't even do their jobs correctly. Thankfully there were toilets somewhat nearby because they wouldn't even let us use the bathrooms while waiting in the desolate heat. To Frank Fry (THE OWNER), you were disrespectful, extremely rude and represented your venue in the worst way possible. The entire event would of been fantastic if you and your team had used your brains and actually helped us.

Stopped here at this park, on the way through from Kalbarri. Plenty of space in the carpark for traveling vehicles, a nice open grass space to walk your dogs- on the lead as the Rangers parking is next to the park. Did not see public toilets but the shopping centre is across the car park where there is a Woolies, cafe clothing stores and public toilets.

Right on the beach, had a coffee van there aswell! Very nice spot.

Very unacceptable customer service. I reserved the function room for my wedding last year. The event coordinator said YES to all our requests. However their T&Cs says the opposite. I paid a downpayment and later on have asked for refund because of their T&Cs. Until now they have not refunded our money ($950) i have tried to call the management multiple times +emails but NO answer. Please learn from this experience!

The Lorde concert itself was fantastic and the amphitheatre was a good concert experience, but the parking situation seriously needs a rethink. We were stuck for an hour and a half before we could even move from our parking spot. It was absolute chaos and many cars were still there once we had managed to leave. Do NOT drive if you’re going to a concert here!!!
