Belvoir Homestead & Amphitheatre

To artists and their management who are looking at booking this venue for their next concert... don't! Although the venue is breathtaking, the horrible management made the experience a living nightmare. Even prior to the event, I had emailed the venue kindly enquiring about the camping and logistics of the day as myself and the other patrons wanted to queue in a way in which we didn't harm the venue. After being told that they 'do not care', they completed ghosted all my other emails. On the day, security, the owners themselves and venue staff were extremely rude, abrasive and downright disgusting. They allowed people to push in front of people who had been waiting over 15 hours, put patrons in unsafe and dangerous situations that almost resulted in car crashes and medical interventions and couldn't even do their jobs correctly. Thankfully there were toilets somewhat nearby because they wouldn't even let us use the bathrooms while waiting in the desolate heat. To Frank Fry (THE OWNER), you were disrespectful, extremely rude and represented your venue in the worst way possible. The entire event would of been fantastic if you and your team had used your brains and actually helped us.

Very unacceptable customer service. I reserved the function room for my wedding last year. The event coordinator said YES to all our requests. However their T&Cs says the opposite. I paid a downpayment and later on have asked for refund because of their T&Cs. Until now they have not refunded our money ($950) i have tried to call the management multiple times +emails but NO answer. Please learn from this experience!

The Lorde concert itself was fantastic and the amphitheatre was a good concert experience, but the parking situation seriously needs a rethink. We were stuck for an hour and a half before we could even move from our parking spot. It was absolute chaos and many cars were still there once we had managed to leave. Do NOT drive if you’re going to a concert here!!!

Went to Belvoir Amphitheatre to see Lorde on 18/03. The venue is beautiful and the concert was amazing. It's strange that no picnics are allowed at this venue, and the lines at most of the foodtrucks were very long. The parking was a huge let down at this event, it was smooth getting in (with plenty of workers directing traffic) but leaving was an absolute nightmare. It took us over an hour to get out of the parking. There was no one directing traffic so cars were going in all different directions, cutting queues and just general chaos. There were no buses provided for this event so with people forced to drive, there needs to be a much better system.

Lorde concert was great. Venue - terrible. Grass riddled with ants. So many people getting painful bites. Not accessible for people with disabilities. Even if your level of fitness isn’t great, you’ll have trouble going up and down the seating area. Trying to leave the venue at the end of the concert took two hours. No one directing traffic to help the situation.

This would be a good venue for small events, but as soon as something even moderately large happens, the management lose all control and seem to have no clue what is going on. Being told to line up in a seemingly endless line in the hot sun, with no shade, water or toilets, an abysmal parking show, and having to wait hours for an event advertised for a 6pm start. Please rethink your choices about coming here, because there are better places to go for an event in Perth, and management seem to have no care about improving their services either.

Rude staff that don’t care for patrons well being. Told us to line up for a show on the side of a highway in bull ant nests, burning sun, asked for a rubbish bin and was told to leave our rubbish on the road… no way. Also no toilets offered to people lining up. Never experienced a line up experience this bad. Once inside the venue, and on barrier, security wouldn’t give us water. So so bad. Do better.

Beautiful space, wonderful acoustics. Not a bad view anywhere in this venue.

Went there for Lorde. Amazing place. Only issue was the parking. First come, last to leave.

We had our son's wedding at this venue.Tanja and her staff provided an excellent service that I cannot fault. They provided guidance and support every step of the way.We had an outdoor wedding with indoor reception for 280 guestsThe venue is amazing as was the feedback from many guests. It is a hidden gem in the Swan valley. Beautiful lush green with a great opportunity for photos. Our pictures are just amazing.
